Legit Pharm Pre Extreme

Reporting live from the world’s only FDA-proof bunker, this is my third session with Legit Farm Pre Extreme, and it’s the second iteration of this product.

I missed the first one, so I’m judging this version on its own.

This is another Polish company. Dark Labs is the OG of the Polish scene, and these guys are carrying the torch.

The tubs are big, fat and good looking, and this one will look great on your shelf.

A quick background note: I’m writing this after a broken ankle kept me out of the gym, and I walked into this session in a walking boot. Day one or one day.

The Label: What’s Inside Legit Pharm Pre Extreme

25 servings per tub. I read the label cold, because labels are just labels.

Legit Pharm Pre Extreme Ingredients

Pumps and performance

  • L-Citrulline, 6 g [confirm]: A big pump dose. Citrulline raises arginine and nitric oxide levels, which supports blood flow and fullness.
  • Betaine Anhydrous, 2,000 mg: Commonly used for training output and pumps, and it supports hydration inside the muscle cell.

Mood and focus

  • L-Tyrosine [confirm]: A dopamine and norepinephrine precursor, there to keep focus sharp under heavy stimulation.
  • Beta PEA (Beta Phenethylamine), 1,000 mg: The mood elevation ingredient. PEA is known for a quick feel-good lift and drive, but it breaks down fast in the body, which is why it gets paired with piperine.
  • Mucuna Pruriens (20% L-Dopa), 250 mg: A natural source of L-dopa, roughly 50 mg per serving, used for drive and motivation.
  • Rhodiola Rosea Extract (3% salidrosides), 200 mg: An adaptogen commonly used to support mental energy and take the edge off the sense of effort.

The stimulant stack

  • Caffeine Anhydrous, 300 mg: The backbone of the formula.
  • Caffeine Citrate, 100 mg: A faster-acting form that gets you moving sooner.
  • 2-Aminoisoheptane (DMHA), 300 mg: The main stim in the formula, known for strong physical energy, focus and that head buzz feeling.
  • N-Phenethyldimethylamine Citrate, 500 mg: A newer gray-market phenethylamine-type stimulant. It adds energy and mood lift, but human research on it is very thin, so use your own judgment.
  • Synephrine HCl, 25 mg: A stimulant used for energy and drive, with a more thermogenic profile than caffeine alone.

Absorption and the wildcard

  • Bioperine (95% piperine), 10 mg: Black pepper extract included to help absorption of the rest of the formula.
  • Alpha Yohimbine (90% Rauwolscine), 1.5 mg: A lower dose than Legit Pre. It raises heart rate and urgency at higher doses, so this is the dial that controls how intense the formula feels.

Notably missing is beta-alanine, so don’t expect the classic skin tingles.

Nothing here is crazy by label standards, and there’s no DMAA.

Everything is dosed generously, which is the way I like it.

My Experience: Does It Deliver?

1. Mood and head buzz

This is where Pre Extreme earns its keep. It’s roughly 75% head buzz and 25% focus. You get that floating, feel-good mood elevation where the music sounds louder and you want to dance a little. It peaks around 40 minutes in and stays with you. An hour and a half later, I was still riding it.

2. Energy

Very good energy, but it doesn’t smack you. The onset is smooth rather than violent, so I’d take it 20 to 25 minutes before training. By 20 minutes into the warmup, everything peaks. You’ll be in the zone, pushing hard on drop sets and going to the edge.

3. Stim effects

Forget the label for a second: the alpha yohimbine feels like less than 1 mg to me, and I’m used to it. The heart rate doesn’t spike, and there are no alpha yohimbine side effects whatsoever. This is a happy high pre-workout, not one that makes you feel like you’re taking a month off your life expectancy. If you want more urgency, you’ll want a bit more alpha. It’s mostly a feel-good formula with DMHA doing the heavy lifting.

4. Tingles

None, as expected without beta-alanine. There’s a weird fake tingling sensation, but it’s more head buzz than skin tingle. If you love the beta-alanine tingles like I do, this isn’t going to scratch that itch.

5. Pumps

Solid. You can stack a pump formula on top if you want, but when a pre-workout puts you in the zone like this, most of your pump comes from pushing harder anyway. My chest day pump was still hanging around hours later.

6. Appetite suppression

Serious. Over the last few sessions, I barely wanted food. Just a post-workout protein shake, and no real hunger for five or six hours. Good for me.

7. Flavor

Solid, and nothing offensive. Just sip it and move on with your life.

The Final Verdict

Legit Farm Pre Extreme is a mood-first, head buzz stim junkie pre-workout.

It isn’t straight caffeine energy, and it won’t smack you around.

It’s a feel-good, in-the-zone formula with 300 mg of DMHA and a strong appetite crush, and it’s exactly my vibe.

My only wish is a bit more alpha yohimbine for extra urgency, which would make it more stim junkie.

If you like head buzz and mood elevation, you’ll like this Polish pre-workout.

It’s definitely a good one to put on your shelf.
