The Label: What’s Inside Sanctified Stim

Serving size is 14.5 g, with 25 servings per container.

Pumps and performance

• L-Citrulline, 8,000 mg: A big pump dose. Citrulline raises arginine and nitric oxide levels, which supports blood flow and fullness.
• Betaine Anhydrous, 2,500 mg: Commonly used for training output and pumps, and it supports hydration inside the muscle cell.
• VasoDrive AP, 508 mg: A branded milk-derived peptide used to support blood vessel dilation and blood flow, stacked on top of the citrulline for extra pump support.
• Tadalafil, 5 mg: The ingredient in Cialis, a prescription PDE5 inhibitor. It’s used in the bodybuilding world for pumps and vascularity. See the safety note below, because this one matters.

Focus

• Alpha GPC (50%), 300 mg: A choline source used for focus and mind-muscle connection. At 50% purity, that’s roughly 150 mg of actual Alpha GPC.
• Huperzine, 300 mcg: A plant-derived compound that slows the breakdown of acetylcholine, used for focus and memory. That’s a big part of the nootropic feel here.

The stimulant stack

• Caffeine Anhydrous, 400 mg: The backbone of the formula, and a strong dose.
• Geranium Extract, 135 mg: Geranium extracts are marketed as a source of DMAA, a stimulant the FDA has acted against. Whatever is actually in there, a dose like this is the main reason this feels like more than just caffeine.
• Eria Jarensis, 400 mg: An orchid extract marketed as a source of phenethylamine-type stimulants, used for mood and energy. Human research is very thin, so use your own judgment.
• Halostachine, 50 mg: A stimulant related to synephrine, used for focus, mood and drive.
• Alpha Yohimbe, 2 mg: Alpha yohimbine, which raises heart rate and urgency at higher doses. This is the one that makes sensitive people nervous.

Labels are just labels, and you can write whatever you want on one. But on paper, this is a serious formula.

Safety note: Tadalafil is a prescription drug and doesn’t belong in a supplement. It lowers blood pressure, and combined with VasoDrive AP and a heavy stimulant stack, that’s a lot going on at once. Never combine it with nitrates, and if you have any heart or blood pressure concerns or take any medication, skip this one and talk to your doctor. The FDA thinks you might die. I don’t think you will, but you might.

My Experience: Does It Deliver?

1. Flavor

Strawberry margarita. Solid, with barely any aftertaste. I don’t care much about flavor, but this one is easy to drink.

2. Tingles

Yes. The tingles run about 20 to 25 minutes, so if you don’t like them, stay away.

3. Pumps

Amazing. I’d even say I underplayed it at first. You feel it from your second set, everything is tight, and the mind-muscle connection is excellent.

I haven’t tested the other benefit of the tadalafil. Comment below if you want a separate review on that.

4. Energy

It feels like exactly 400 mg of caffeine. It hits in 20 to 30 minutes, right when the tingles fade, and then it stays consistent with no crash.

There’s no heart rate spike and no alpha yohimbine feeling, just smooth energy. It’s not going to wake you up from the dead.

5. Focus and head buzz

This is where Sanctified stands out. It’s not a full bubble like some others I’ve reviewed, but it has a strong nootropic feel that puts you in the zone and in workout mode.

It’s more motivational focus than dancing. Something beyond caffeine is working here, and with geranium extract, halostachine and Eria jarensis in the mix, it’s not hard to guess what.

The Final Verdict

Renegade Labs Sanctified is a solid everyday pre-workout with extra stuff.

You get smooth energy, a strong nootropic feel and amazing pumps without feeling like you’re taking years off your life, which is something I can’t say for every pre-workout out there, Machine included.

If you want an extreme wake-up-from-the-dead effect or serious mood elevation, check out Machine.

If you want an everyday pre-workout with that extra focus, or you train in the evening and don’t want to go crazy, this is a solid performer.
