It is time for the much anticipated review of Dark Labs Crack Daily Pre Workout.
Here’s a company so hardcore that their daily pre-workout is the biggest one they’ve ever made.
Dark Labs has made a genuine transformation in how they design their products, and this is the biggest tub they’ve ever put out.
Three runs in, and I’m ready to talk. Label first, experience second, verdict at the end. Your time is valuable, so let’s go.
30 servings. Let me stop right here, because this deserves a moment.
When was the last time you saw a fully loaded hardcore pre-workout with 30 servings?
With inflation and everything else, the standard has been quietly sliding down toward 20.
Introduction to Pre-Workout Economics, for the math geniuses in the audience: at $50 a tub, 20 servings costs you $2.50 per scoop.
Thirty servings costs you $1.66. That’s a massive difference on something you take four or five times a week.

Pumps and performance:
Mood and energy:
The triple caffeine approach is interesting and I’ve seen it before. Flame has it. I believe Crack Primal has it too. Both of those are personal favorites, and the euphoria on both is insane.
On the Alpha Yohimbine: 1.5mg doesn’t sound like much if you’ve never run it.
But 2.5mg will slap the living daylights out of you, and depending on the purity of the raw, 1.5 can do it too.
Never assume the number tells you the whole story.
Three runs, full scoop every time. The tub says start with half. This is the full scoop channel.
Let’s address the name right away. Is this a daily?
I don’t know that I’d call it that, because right out of the gate this thing slaps the living daylights out of you.
The combination doing it is the fast-acting caffeine hitting at the same time as the beta-alanine. The tingling is insanely intense. It starts in under 10 minutes and it does not leave. You get two to three hours of it as a background presence, which is unusual. Most tingles are done in twenty minutes.
If you like the tingling, this is one of the best executions of it I’ve had.
The Alpha Yohimbine also arrives fast. And here’s the important part: my heart rate never went through the roof. What it feels like is being right on the edge. That sensation where you go “okay, okay, stay there, don’t go further.” It sits at the threshold of survival mode and never crosses it.
That’s good news. I don’t like survival mode. But you feel the intensity, and you feel the urgency.
Ten minutes in and you are already there.
This is not a pre-workout you take 30 minutes before you leave. If you take this and then sit in a car for a 20 minute drive, you’re going to be climbing the walls before you ever touch a barbell.
Take it close to your session. That’s the whole tip.
Around 30 minutes in, the mood elevation layers on top of everything else.
Now, is this a dancing pre-workout? Sort of. You might catch yourself moving. But it’s not EDM. It’s not the techno bubble.
This is metal. Enter Sandman by Metallica. Break Stuff. That register.
It’s aggressive, motivational mood elevation, and I like it a lot. It doesn’t make you happy, it makes you want to go at the weights and not stop.
This is where the triple caffeine earns its place.
The tingling, the aggressive motivational energy, and the Alpha Yohimbine all run together for hours. I’m three hours out from taking it and I’m still aggressive. I would not want to have a conversation right now with someone capable of annoying me.
When you get quality caffeine in a properly built trio like this, it lasts, and this one lasts a very long time.
Very solid, and you’ll notice them starting around the 15 to 20 minute mark. Real extra contraction, not just a vague fullness.
The 5g citrulline plus HydroPrime combination is doing exactly what it’s supposed to. Dark Labs did a good job on the pump side of this formula, and that’s not something I say often about stim-forward products.
I think it comes in two flavors. Mine was Grapey Baby.
Solid. Honestly, I can’t tell you if it tastes like grape, only that it was uneventful. For a pre-workout in this category, uneventful is a compliment.
If you want a 1 to 10 flavor score, go find your sister’s TikTok. She and her friend probably reviewed it and gave you a number.
And while you’re on your phone: call your mother. Every review, same reminder. She was there for you.
Is this actually a daily? I don’t know.
It slaps hard enough that some of you are not going to want it every single day.
Is it an excellent pre-workout? Absolutely.
Aggressive, motivational, in-the-zone energy that lasts forever, with the best sustained tingle I’ve had in a while and genuinely good pumps underneath it. All without a single DM-anything on the panel, which from Dark Labs is the real story here.
Their daily is somebody else’s hardcore. That’s the whole review in one line.
If what I described sounds like your session, give this one a shot.
