David vs Goliath Pre Workout

When you see a name like Deliverance slapped on a tub, you already know exactly what you’re signing up for.

This isn’t a beginner formula, and it’s not trying to be.

Supreme Sports built this one exclusively for the seasoned stimulant elite who crave mind-altering euphoria and unshakeable tunnel vision.

I’m going to take you through the label really quick, minimal yappage involved, then break down what you should expect from this one and where it fits in your stim junkie journey.

The Label: What’s Inside

Before we get into it, labels are just labels.

I read this one for the first time on camera and I mean that.

Quality of raws matters more than any number printed on a tub, and every brand knows how to make a panel look good.

But you came here for the breakdown, so here it is:

SupremeSportsDavidvsGoliathIngredients

  • L-Citrulline, 6g: Standard pump dose. Nothing to complain about, nothing to write home about.
  • Beta-Alanine, 3.5g: Full tingle territory, and you will feel every milligram of it.
  • Choline: The focus component. Modest, but it’s part of why this one reads so clean.
  • Caffeine Anhydrous, 300mg: That’s fine. That’s not a lot by stim-junkie standards.
  • Di-Caffeine Malate: The slow-release half of the caffeine story. This is what stretches the back end.
  • 2-Aminoisoheptane (DMHA), 200mg: A central nervous system stimulant that hits similar to caffeine but harder and longer, working through dopamine and norepinephrine release.
  • Eria Jarensis Extract (N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine), 150mg: The mood half of the equation. A PEA-derivative neuromodulator that lifts focus, energy and mood by pushing noradrenaline and dopamine.
  • Synephrine: Old-school thermogenic support.
  • Alpha Yohimbine (Rauwolscine), 2mg: The one that can hurt you if the raws are bad.

What this panel actually is: The 2-Amino / Eria Jarensis / caffeine stack is the combo that became the backbone of the entire stim-junkie world.

Add Alpha Yohimbine and synephrine on top and you’ve got a formula that would have been completely at home four or five years ago. This is classic construction.

And that’s the point.

I just reviewed a pre-workout with both of those things in it.

Deliverance is essentially five working ingredients on the stim side and nothing else.

Some of my all-time favorites, like the original Hybrid by Kilo Labs and a few from Dark Labs, were built exactly this simply.

Whether it delivers comes down entirely to the quality of the raws.

Which brings us to the part that actually matters.

My Experience: Does Deliverance Deliver?

Three sessions in, and I’m going to give you the honest, unbiased breakdown.

1. Mood & Focus: Lucid, Not Loud

This is the headline for Deliverance. This is a lucid pre-workout.

I wear glasses, so I know exactly what the world looks like without them. This is the kind of pre-workout that puts you in a place where you can see without them. Everything is just there. Clear, sharp, 20/20. Zero mental fog.

What you don’t get is drama. This isn’t a dancing pre-workout, I wasn’t dancing in the gym.

No going out of your mind, no chaos.

It’s a clean nootropic clarity with a good mood underneath it.

You feel good, you’re in the zone, you get it done. The Eria Jarensis and 2-amino combo doing exactly what that combo was always supposed to do, mood elevation without the mess.

And it lasts. I took it two hours before writing this and I’m still crystal clear. Yesterday I was still feeling it three to four hours in.

2. Energy: The Two-Stage Climb

The energy on this one is interesting because it comes in waves rather than one big hit.

Right out of the gate, and I mean immediately, there’s a sense of urgency.

Not heart-rate-through-the-roof, not survival mode, not “I want to die.” Just an urgency. A get-moving signal.

Then roughly half an hour in, there’s a second kick.

I had more energy at the 40-minute mark than I did at 15 or 20 minutes.

That two-stage build is what makes this thing feel like it prolongs instead of peaking and dumping. No crash on the back end either.

3. Stim Effects

I have not felt beta-alanine like this in a long time. The 3.5g hits hard. Take it at home, get in the car, and you’ve got a solid 10 minutes of tingling on the drive to the gym.

It’s not about performance, it’s about the preface. It’s the thing that walks you into the workout.

On the Alpha Yohimbine: 2mg is a dose that can absolutely spank you and hand you side effects. This one doesn’t. But it presented as that sense of urgency rather than anxiety or a racing heart.

Pumps? I was pumped. But let’s be honest, you’re pumped because you’re working out. The 6g of L-Citrulline isn’t doing anything magical here.

Side effects across three sessions: none. No nausea, no jitters, no comedown. Nothing.

4. Flavor: Cherry Splash

Solid. Genuinely zero chemical aftertaste, which is more than I can say for most of this category. Mixes fine, goes down easy.

You’re putting this in your body, flavor shouldn’t really matter.

The Final Verdict

Deliverance is a lucid pre-workout. That’s the whole verdict in three words, and everything else is detail.

Who this is for: You want clarity. You want to walk into the gym, see everything in 20/20, lock in, and get the work done.

You want energy that builds instead of spiking and dumping.

You want to still feel clean and sharp three hours later with no crash waiting for you.

You want a formula built the way they used to build them, before every brand started throwing random compounds in a tub for attention.

Who this is not for: You want drama. You want the heart rate climbing, the going-out-of-your-mind, the full stim-junkie chaos experience.

That’s not what this is.
