Firestorm Pre Workout

It’s time for Firestorm pre workout review from the bunker.

The people who made this thing were not going to settle for local supremacy. Not statewide. Not even national. They’re going global.

If this looks like it was made in a garage somewhere in New Jersey, I’m guessing it was.

Or Texas. Nobody seems to know.

The design looks like it was done on Canva on a good day, or possibly in Microsoft Paint by a sixteen-year-old on Fiverr.

“Extreme Energy. Intense Focus. Power. Performance.” All of it.

This thing has been floating around for a while now. There have been rumors. People have been asking me to review it.

Five or six runs in, I’m ready to talk.

I’m going to walk you through the label, then I’m going to give you the actual experience.

Then, as usual, I’ll tell you where it fits, if it fits, in your stim junkie journey.

The Label: What’s “Theoretically” Inside

30 servings. 10 gram scoop.

That’s a small scoop, which tells you right away you’re not getting big-volume pump ingredients.

This is a stim-forward formula, not a pump formula.

I’m reading this in detail for the first time, so here we go.

  • L-Citrulline (6g): Nitric oxide, blood flow, pumps. Fully dosed, no complaints.
  • Agmatine Sulfate (1g): More pump stuff, stacked on top of the citrulline.
  • Taurine: Hydration and cell volumization.
  • Caffeine Anhydrous (350mg): Your baseline central nervous system kick.
  • DMHA / 2-Aminoisoheptane (200mg): The workhorse focus stim. I like it right around here.
  • Alpha GPC (200mg): Nootropic for focus. Technically on the low side, scientifically speaking, but again, bedtime story.
  • Geranium Extract (100mg): Geranium is the natural version of the ingredient we all know and love.
  • Pink Himalayan Salt (50mg): Electrolytes. Honestly not sure what that’s doing at that dose.
  • Synephrine + Isopropylnorsynephrine: Additional stim and focus support.

Now, here’s my honest read on this panel: the quantities do not make sense. Theanine at 20mg does nothing. Naringin at 5mg does nothing. Citrulline at 2g is half a real dose.

When I look at a label like this, the one thing I’m trying to figure out is whether the people who put it together actually understand formulation. This label suggests they were more focused on what they could print than on what they could dose.

But labels are just labels. Nobody knows if there’s real DMAA in there. It’s genuinely hard to source. So on paper this is a DMHA plus DMAA combination, and on paper is where that ends.

30 servings, though. From a value-per-scoop perspective, that’s excellent. You don’t see 30 servings much anymore in this category.

Also, a thought I keep having: what if some of these brands have real budgets and real designers, and they specifically brief them to make it look like it was mixed in a bathtub in a dungeon? Because that would be smart. That would be very smart.

My Experience: Does It Deliver?

Five runs in. Here’s exactly how Firestorm feels.

1. Mood: Aggressive, Not Euphoric

This is the headline, and it’s important you understand the distinction.

This is not mood elevation in the sense that you become happy. This is not the EDM bubble, dancing, everything-is-beautiful experience. Nobody is dancing.

This is aggressive.

About 30 minutes in, it arrives, and it arrives with attitude. You do not want to call a friend. You do not want to call your mother. You do not want to have a conversation with your wife. You want to go put weights on a bar and punish them.

If the previous pre-workout I reviewed was an EDM dance, this is a thrash metal dance. Same category, completely different room.

So if aggression is what you’re after, if you want that specific hostile focus where the bar becomes a personal enemy, this delivers it consistently. Five runs, same result every time.

2. Energy and Focus: Three Stages, Five Hours

The energy on Firestorm comes in stages.

Stage one: Energy arrives with serious focus. Immediate and sharp.

Stage two: Around the 30 minute mark, the aggression layers on top of the focus. The focus doesn’t get replaced, it gets amplified.

Stage three: It just keeps going. I took this five hours ago and I am still dialed in as I write this.

On the focus specifically: this isn’t quite that legendary top-tier smash-your-face focus, but it’s not far off. I’d put it at about 0.8 on that scale. Very, very intense.

3. Stim Effects: It Smacks

Let me be direct. This one smacks. Boom, boom, boom. And it smacks for a long time.

The niacin. This has to have a real dose in it, because I’m sensitive to it and I felt it hard. That heat-flash, itchy, full-body flush. It’s like tingling on steroids. It was significant on the first three runs and then my body adjusted. If you’re sensitive, know it’s coming, know it lasts 10 to 15 minutes, and know it passes.

The Alpha Yohimbine question. The label doesn’t list Alpha Yohimbine. Only Yohimbine HCl at 2.5mg. And yet it absolutely feels like there’s Alpha Yohimbine in this tub.

But here’s what’s strange: it’s not the bad version. No racing heart rate, no losing your breath, no survival mode, no panic. It presents purely as the post-workout tell. I’m sensitive to Alpha Yohimbine in quantity and I get a very specific soreness afterward, and I got it every one of the first three runs.

So either the Yohimbine HCl is dosed more aggressively than it looks, or something is in this tub that isn’t on the label. With a product like this, I wouldn’t be shocked by either.

Appetite suppression. Significant. I trained five hours ago and I have no interest in eating. I’ll eat because I should, not because I want to. Usually that’s the DMHA doing it. Or something else.

Pumps. Nothing to write home about. The 2g of citrulline is exactly what it looks like. If pumps matter to you, add an unflavored pump product alongside it. Pumps are vanity anyway.

4. Flavor: Grapefruit Splash

There’s an aftertaste. There’s definitely an aftertaste.

On my offensiveness scale, where zero is “I’d drink this all day” and ten is “I’d rather not exist,” this sits at about a 7.1. Round scores are rookie scores.

Chew a gum. You’re putting a product that was possibly formulated in someone’s bathtub into your body, and you’re worried about flavor. Your mother would be ashamed.

Speaking of which, this is the part of the review where you realize it’s been a month since you talked to your mom. Text her.

The Final Verdict

Firestorm from Global Supremacy is aggressive, focused energy that runs for hours on top of hours.

The label is a mess. The quantities don’t add up. The design looks like a dungeon project. I don’t know what’s actually in this thing and neither does anyone else.

But it smacks. Consistently, across five runs, in exactly the same way. Intense niacin flush up front, focus immediately after, aggression 30 minutes in, and then five hours of being completely locked in with zero interest in food.

If that’s what you’re looking for, this is your tub.
