Rampage has 2 flavors : Blue Venom and Unicorn Blood. Both are actually really good so you do not have to worry about the taste.
As for the experience, it is even better than the flavor. I personally took 2 scoops because I am used to high-stim pre workouts.
Soon after drinking it, I felt beta alanine tingling which lasted for a long time. But it is not crazy itching, just consistent.
The energy hits 10 minutes in and got me going. This energy plateaus at around 40 minutes and stays constant.
I would categorize it as positive motivational energy. What’s great is that you can use this energy for 4-5 hours after the workout.
On top of that, I was completely in the zone. The focus is absolutely tunnel vision. I was thinking about nothing other than the workout.
Pumps were solid. Nothing crazy. But that is what you come to expect of these strong pre workouts.
You also do not have to worry about any side effects. As long as you are used to supplements like Rampage, you should be fine.
Bottom line, Rampage is an everyday stim junkie pre workout that never lets you down.
Like the other pre workouts from Panda Supps, Rampage is loaded with hardcore ingredients.
The difference with Rampage is that some of the ingredients are much higher in dosage than usual.
First on the ingredient list is caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine is going to provide a boost in energy. As well as enhance the efficacy of other components.
Second is L-Citrulline which is a powerful pump ingredient. 6g is pretty much the clinical dose. Will deliver on nice pumps.
Beta Alanine (3.2g)
3.2g Beta-Alanine to buffer lactic acid, reducing muscle fatigue & increase overall endurance. It also gives you the tingling feeling throughout your body.
Alpha GPC (800mg)
Then we have Alpha GPC which is one the many focus ingredients in Rampage Pre Workout. 800mg is nearly DOUBLE the typical dose.
Tyrosine is a focus ingredient that is supposed to get you dialed in during the workout.
When should I take Panda Supps Rampage?
Take 2 scoops of Rampage 15-20 minutes before you start working out. So the effects start hitting as soon as you start training.
